We accept Paypal, money orders and checks.
If purchasing by check or money order please click on “Contact” link so that a purchase order may be generated and the item will be reserved. If purchasing with Paypal we expect immediate payment. When paying by check or money order we will hold the item for 7 days while awaiting payment. If payment is not received the item will be placed back in inventory,
Layaway is available. 30% down is required. Payment arrangements depend upon the size of the order.
Domestic shipping is $7.00 – priority mail with tracking number. Any purchase over $50.00 will require signature confirmation.
If there is a problem with your purchase please e-mail us immediately. We will have delivery confirmation therefore we will know when your item was received. Sales are considered complete after 3 days of receipt.
Store credit will be issued upon prompt return of the item. Returns must be authorized by the seller and must be received within 3 to 5 days of authorization. Returns are not accepted past that period,
Store credit will be promptly issued upon return of the item in the same condition as shipped in the same type of packaging in which you received it. Shipping and insurance costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
BUYER’S REMORSE IS NOT A REASON FOR RETURN
If altered in any way, cleaning, polishing, replacement of stones or any other alteration order is not refundable.
When purchasing vintage pieces it is possible that stones may come out in shipping due to age and handling by the post office. This is not a valid reason for return.
