Kramer signed wired high domed brooch (most likely from the mid 50's to early 60's)  with cracked ice, raspberry stippled gold flecked art glass stones, gold tone tinsel and pink marbleized glass stones on a filigree back.  Signed Kramer on a cartouche.

Measurements:  2 1/2" in diameter.

In excellent condition.  No damage whatsoever to the stones.  All wiring is tight.  No flaking or discoloration to the filigree.  Pin closure in perfect working condition.
