Kramer of New York signed on a cartouche, this brooch is encrusted with clear chatons and clear baguettes in a high quality silver tone setting.  Kramer of New York was higher end than Kramer and was made between the 1940's through the 1970's on 5th Avenue in New York.

Measurements:  2 1/2" long, 2 1/2" wide

In pristine condition.  All chatons and baquettes are present and brilliant.  No flaking or discoloration to the silver tone.  Pin closure in perfect working condition.
